No, we are fully insured to take your keys, they will be kept on our person at all times & during the evening they are kept somewhere safe inside our home. The keys are unmarked and will only have the name of your pet.
Alternatively, we will enter via a key kept in a keysafe at your property or via a keyless entry system such as a latch.
We use a keysafe to securely store your keys on site at your home.
We use Masterlock or Defender locks which contain a 4 digit pass-code of your choosing. These devices can be supplied and fitted for £50 at your meet & greet.
Alternatively, these can be purchased and installed by yourself by going to a local hardware store or ordering them from an online retailer. You may need a drill with a hammer function and necessary wall plugs/screws.
Yes, we are incredibly flexible and can always cater to any needs our customers have. We take last minute bookings too.
Yes! We accept any size of any breed. Our team can handle anything from a chihuahua to a wolf-dog
Our vans are equipped with a portable washing facility & drying towels. We walk our dogs and care for your pet in all weathers.
If we have extreme heat predicted for the day we will re-schedule all walks to early morning - when it is cooler. If this cannot be accommodated we will instead spend that time with your pet at home or just do a drop-in visit instead.
Alternatively, we will cancel the booking and you will not be charged.
Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £ 1 000 000. This covers all of our services.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Revolut and cash
You cay pay before or after any services. These can be paid daily, weekly or monthly.
Our monthly invoices are due on the last day of every month, these are sent 7 days before this date, invoices are then payable up to 7 days after the last day of every month. A late payment fee of 8% plus the Bank Of England base rate will be charged from the day of late payment up until payment is made in full.
Cancellations made 48-hours or less before the first appointment will be subject to a full charge of that booking.
We are very busy over the festive season especially on Christmas Day and New year's Day, please get your bookings in ASAP!
